WARRANTY POLICY
At dreamease, we take pride in the superior quality and craftsmanship of our products. All dreamease products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. During the first 12 months from the date of purchase, eligible defects will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion at no cost, excluding transportation and inspection charges. After the warranty period, service charges will apply as per the specified warranty schedule. Retention of the original invoice and intact MRP sticker is mandatory.
dreamease provides a 30-night trial on selected mattress models. This trial offer is valid only for specific categories within our collection. As per our policy, only registered customers are eligible to request a return, and the mattress can be returned only once. If the mattress has already been exchanged, it will no longer qualify for a return. Approval of returns or refunds will be subject to an inspection of the mattress condition at the time of return. If you are considering a 30-day return mattress, we recommend carefully reviewing these terms before making your decision.
Warranty
dreamease provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, subject to all terms and conditions being met. Within one year from the purchase date, the mattress may be repaired, reconstructed, or replaced at no cost, as decided by dreamease. After the first year, service fees will be applicable. Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty duration.
Warranty Conditions
• Valid documents confirming ownership or possession of the mattress must be provided.
• The original purchase receipt or invoice must be presented as proof of purchase.
• A duly completed dreamease warranty card, registered, stamped, and signed
by the authorized seller, is required.
• The MRP stickers must remain intact and show no signs of tampering.
Repair Charges Calculation:
Repair charges are calculated using the formula:
(Mattress value × remaining months of the no-charge period) ÷ total warranty period.
All time periods are calculated in months.
Example: ₹7,447 × 6 months ÷ 12 months = ₹3,723.50.
5 year warranty is 60 month warranty
Mattress value 17000, after 2 year +3month (24+3=27month used)
Total Warranty period –no month used (60-27=33)
17000*33/60=9350 is the Warranty amount
Limitations
dreamease is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from mattress use. Liability is limited to the mattress cost. Implied warranties for fitness or merchantability are disclaimed, and this warranty applies only to dreamease mattresses bought for personal, non-commercial use.

This warranty covers only mattresses purchased through dreamease’ dreamease Mattress STUDIO or approved retailers.
Legal wording
dreamease shall determine the appropriate remedy, including repair, reconstruction, or replacement of the mattress. Substitute materials of similar quality may be used if original materials are unavailable.
Duty of Care
Improper use or lack of proper care may render the warranty void. This warranty excludes damage caused by mishandling, misuse, exposure to hot surfaces, abrasive materials, or detergents damage caused by attaching to a damp wall, damage caused by small insects such as ants, termite, moths, etc., damage caused by spilling chemicals or other liquids. Condition where the spring position is changed by constantly jumping on top of the mattress or dropping heavy objects on it. Spring damage caused by careless use of spring mattresses, hitting them to the wall, or dropping them on the floor.
Formal / policy style
This Warranty applies only to dreamease mattresses manufactured on or after 1 Sep 2025. In this Warranty Policy, “You” means the original purchaser named on the original tax invoice, and “dreamease” means dreamease Mattress Factory together with all its authorized manufacturing units, mattress studios, retail stores, dealers, distributors, online sales channels, and service centers operating under the dreamease brand in India
